Returns & Exchanges
All items are eligible for return in unused, unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of the receipt of your product. It might take up to 10-12 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing and you will see it appear on your next statement. To complete your return, please send your item to: 13 West 36St, 5 floor New York, NY 10018 and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 12 business days, please check with your credit card company first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all discounted items are considered Final Sale.
